Simering RZV

Simering RZV is a specialized sealing ring designed to work in exceptionally demanding operating conditions. It features a reinforced construction with a metal insert and two symmetrical sealing lips, each supported by an independent spring. This design ensures excellent sealing in both directions of operation - under positive and negative pressure - making it an ideal solution for bi-directional systems.

Simering RZV is most commonly made of NBR rubber with high resistance to oils, greases, fuels, and hydraulic fluids. There are also versions available with FKM for high-temperature applications and those requiring contact with chemicals. The seal is used in hydraulic systems, actuators, industrial gearboxes, compressors, as well as mobile and stationary machinery. Thanks to the "double lip" design with spring support, it provides high sealing efficiency, long service life, and effective protection against external contaminants.
